My most preferred subject to tutor is math because I am best at helping with algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and other subjects in middle school math (up to SAT level). It has always been my favorite subject in school and what I'm most passionate about. I can also tutor science including physics and chemistry and also have enough proficiency in Spanish to help in this area as well. When teaching, I've found that students more readily understand the subject matter when the teacher relates it to something that interests them, particularly outside of the classroom or school.In 2014, I graduated from New York University Polytechnic School of Engineering with a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering; I also minored in Mechanical Engineering. I will also pursue a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering while attending Stony Brook University. Tutoring is nothing new to me. I began in high school and continued to help my peers all through my college years. I'm currently living in Hauppauge, New York and, whenever there is the time, I like to play soccer. There are many other sports I like as well, plus I enjoy reading books and running. The New York Giants is my favorite team.
